in health today we learned that many of the multi vitamins avalible do not have what they say in them, or unhealthy dosages because they are poorly regulated if at all. granted the text book is several years old but still watch those crafty multi vitamins

There are tons of multi vitamins that are completely useless. Anything with outrageous amounts of vitamins and minerals most likely is going to go straight through your body and do nothing. Taking separate supplements for one specific thing like Calcium or Vitamin C is muuuuuuch more effective.

STOP doing anything that involves your shoulder! Sounds like what happened to me a while back. Thought I was just sore so I kept working out. I ended up tearing stuff in my shoulder and couldn't do anything for almost a YEAR while it healed.
So please, stop doing anything that puts stress on your shoulder. If you are into doctors then go see one. I myself went to a friend who is a chiropractor (I'm anti-doctor, and not that trusting of most chiropractors either for that matter).

Agree. No shoulder activity. Doctors usually don't know what is going on... Chiropractor is much more effective. They know how it's supposed to be for reals. Becca. Hit me up via cell, I have someone you can go to to get it checked out.

It's probably just an over use injury. I'd take a couple of weeks off it, and if you get back to it and it still gives you trouble, then you should worry about getting it checked out. Also, glucosamine, condroitin, or both may not be a bad idea..
FYI, this sounds a lot like what happened with my elbows about a month ago, and this is the strategy that worked for me..
