I may not go this weekend due to my knee. It is starting to hurt lately. But I will most likely attend.

So, a month or two ago, my right foot slipped on a precision to a fence and my shin landed right on the parts that stick out of the fence...youch. But then I was falling forward about to punch the ground with my face from a 6ft drop, but then GRABBED THE SIDE OF THE FENCE AND WENT INTO A FLAGSTAND AND THREW MYSELF TO MY FEET. Then fell over and grabbed my shin.
Ouch Mike. Ouch....

yeah i did something like that over the summer, early summer. i used to jump over a fence using a fire hydrent for jumpage. i didnt quit make it as high as i wanted, but my Parkour Skills kicked in, as i fell toward the ground to my death, i tucked, and rolled away with just a bruise. if you dont believe me ask me about it.

Jereme, I hate you, and your conditioned shins.
On another note, be sure to take care of your shins Mike, if you keep running them too hard after they're hurt bad stuff can happen. Ice 'em, 20 on an 1hr off, for as long as you like.
I'm getting sick to my stomach justing thinking about shin pain....bleh

I got shin splints ONCE and that was PKUSA...like...over 16 hours of training over 3 days...and I had bruises all over my shins...so it was shin splits with, count them, 6 bruises. It sucked.
