9788 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX 77036 That address is a restaurant, but right next to that resturant (Sinh Sinh) is the most absolute best vault place ever! And if you look around there are some other nice spots. The spots are next to a Bank Of America I was too lazy to upload every single pic and vid so i made it into a whole video if your ever in Houston check that place out... oh and 5/5 Security: Hardly and Authorities around 0/5 Water: Sorry no refreshments 5/5 Spot: AWESOME SPOT for every Traceur FROM A NOVICE TO ADVANCED Unless you want some gaps to jump, but head a little farther down and you will find some nice places if you like to jump overall 4/5 Only my opinion, if you get bored of that spot though, there are some many other spots around the area worth checking. Just make sure you bring your own water...

It is important to point out that the location featured in petrifilms's video is a Wells Fargo, not the Sinh Sinh restaurant itself. I assume that this is what this thread refers to.
Keep in mind as you read this that I am a beginner, and so my review will be coloured appropriately.
I trained here tonight with two of my friends, and I found it rather satisfying. Most of the video featured a set of stairs and two sets of rails. The steps, of course, are great for some bodyweight conditioning and maybe some precisions. The rails you could probably practice any vaults on except maybe kong and kash. There is also a large patch of grass on which one can practice rolls.
In the parking lot of the large supermarket behind it (Golden Foods or somesuch), there are a few cart returns on which one can do pullups and other such things.
I did not see a place to train cat leaps or wall hops, unless you want to do it on the low wall around the dumpster. Also, as petrifilms said, there were no gaps to jump. It is also important to note that I came here after business hours, and it seemed that petrifilms did as well. The security then is very low, so I got no trouble from the cops. I do not know whether this holds during business hours.
In case you get kicked out, there is a parking garage across Bellaire from this place. In my experience, parking garages usually have places to train some conditioning type things near the top. If you keep going east (away from the Beltway), you will find a few more shopping centers around Chinatown, which may or may not yield some good training grounds.
One thing that petrifilms did not mention is the fact that you are literally smack dab in the middle of a few excellent restaurants. Both Shandong (Santong?) Noodle House (I think it's called) and the Old Place Café are excellent noodle places. Shandong has the best Chinese style beef noodle soup in town, and they make excellent meat buns (baozi) and rolls (mantou) with seeds and nuts and berries in 'em. Old Place has some really good lamb noodle soup, and their dumplings and pot stickers (jiaozi) are really good, too. Sinh Sinh itself is an excellent restaurant as well, if you aren't afraid to order off a Chinese menu and eat family style. Their sizzling beef platter is fantastic, as is their bean thread with garlic (dou miao). There's also a tofu dish I really like, but I don't know how to translate it into English (pi pa doufu).
