another thing that should be in the members...well any way all the forum admins are pretty helpful (zuitsu and dai2 have been extremely helpful to me since i started). sorry but thats really all the helpful advise i can give you...happy training!

hi, i'm also new. i live over on the NE side, but i go downtown all the time. I've always wanted to get into Parkour, but i never knew SA had a group like this set up already :/ meeting dec. 1 right? and training every sunday at noon? i'm tingly with excitement.

Ya i am also a new to Parkour and I am looking for help to get more training from a live Traceur instead of watching videos so i am really looking forward to this on saturday , me and a couple of friends.

d**n dude, ive been exercising alone for a long time and its starting to get boring where the hell do you guys practice on Sunday? Cuz I live over near Marshall and the Medical Center I dunno where you guys are at.

We train Downtown usually, Meet at 9am, at the tower of the americas. Go to the San Antonio section and keep up with the weekly training thread.
