I push pressed my new max of 125lbs!

went to a 75min. Hatha Yoga class (it was pretty easy. learned a thing or two I want to incorporate into my stretch routine)
went to a 90min Bikram Yoga class (this is a hot yoga class. I sweat out all I had in me. There were lots of balance moves which I will continue to work on. I enjoyed this one the most.)
went to BC dance. 2hrs - I did as much contact as possible with various people and had some great solo dances.
it was a very physical yet fun day!

9/8/07 2.5hrs Parkour 2hrs Jiu Jitsu took a ice bath for the first time in attempt to wash away the pain, it kind of worked
