I had mentioned this at the gym jam. We are looking to grab leaders from the communities here in Texas and this is the first time to do this...but we are going to have an application process. Please, anyone and I mean ANYONE who is interested please fill this out and let us know.
Jereme and I are Currently the only Core Members. We are looking for leaders and Core members. Thank you.

A leader should Have:
-1 year Experience with TXPK
-non-competitive stance and good grasp on philsophy
-Willing to travel in state.
-First Aid Experience
-Good Teaching Skills and Willingness
-Dedication (trains at least 3 times a week)
-Safe training Practices
-Strong Presence on Message boards & Local Community
ON-SITE DUTIES
-Lead a warm up on site (Strength, Conditioning sessions)
-Lead technique in every basic movement (conditioning included)
-Administer first Aid
-Emphasis on Safety
-Agility required to spot/help
-Train so they are not dependent on leader
-Must be able to explain Parkour in a clear an concise manner when approached.
OFF-SITE DUTIES
-Post daily
-Ability to describe Parkour & free running techniques as well as its movements well through words.
-Promoting local community via politics and media.
-Take advice as well as give it
-Carry out EVERYDAY duties of a leader set forth by Texas Parkour.
