Recently bought a weight vest an I have to say that it was a great investment. The tapp twins recomended it to me and it's quite a tool. It allows you take you condition the moves you use in pk such as climb ups and muscle ups. Also can do variations of pushups, chinups, and different various hold such as planche holds and stuff. Most deff recomend it to all.
Weight: 20lbs Price: 40 bucks Where: got it at walmart in the fitness section, store has everything they even have a pullup bar for 20 bucks I'm getting that next.
Edit: typo
Hope you get one!

I heard a constant extra weight was bad for your knees, is that true?

im sticking with the 20, so versatile. starting at 4lbs, plan on wearing it for at least a week, then go up a few pounds. the more the weight, the longer i will wear it before increasing weight.
im going to keep you guys posted on how my strength and techniques change with the weights on and off.
