Ok so important info for everyone:
It's a 19-20 hour drive to get there, so we need to leave as early as possible. According to Orbitz, the earliest possible time we can pick up a car is at 5AM and that's from the airport, so I suggest we all meet up somewhere, drive in one car to the airport and park it, and then nab that rental car and take off for Ohio. We should get there at like 1-2AM.
The Monday after the clinics we should leave at like 3am or something so we can make it back in time to drop the car off before midnight. We should get in at like 11:30PM and everyone would probably be home at like 1AM or something like that.
I'm not 100% how trustworthy orbitz is about pickup times and whatnot so everyone needs to hurry up and figure out if they're going or not so we can start reserving cars and rooms and all that jazz.. prices go up as you get closer to the date you need to rent stuff and whatnot as well so everyone needs to get on the ball here..
Also anyone under 18 there is a waiver you need to get your parents to sign on the Parkour horizons website so make sure you get it done. That would blow pretty hard if you drove all the way and weren't able to train..
We should also pack a bunch of sammiches and whatnot so we won't have to stop to eat while we're driving.

Devin has decided to go. So we have 4 at this point. Let's not count on Tim going. Either way, something with 5 seats should be fine.

Something with 5 seats will be fine unless Tim and Patrick decide to go... I say we need solid commitments from anyone who wants to go by Monday night, so that rental reservations can be taken care of on Tuesday. Kiem, are you willing to take care of the car reservation? Also, we do officially have a place to crash in Ohio, so a hotel will not be necessary.

Is there a discount if someone 25+ rents? If so, is there someone other than me who is over 25?
I'm really sorry for the delay; some complicated situations have arisen, and I'm trying to see if they will be resolved before the weekend.

I do believe it is cheaper if you're over 25, and I don't think anyone else is. (I didn't even realize you were) So if you're coming, and would be down to take car of the reservation, that'd be pretty awesome.

I'll be coming.
I'll put my name on it if it's cheaper. Can someone else arrange it? I'm going to be rather busy this week.

Hmph. According to Orbitz, it would be cheaper to rent 4 full-size cars than to get a mini-van. Full-size = $19/day ; Van = $83/day. So far we have Myself, Patrick, Matthew, Kiem, Devin, and Tim. How are we gonna work this guys?

I can almost promise you that Tim will not be able to go! Though we can wait around for him to tell us no if you want. I say take the 5 people we have. Snooze you lose.

Ok well if you're not 100% good to go with money ready and everything by Monday you're not going and that's the way its going to have to be. No ifs, maybes, I want to go, I don't know how i'll go but I promise I go.. NO BACKING OUT. We need to hurry up with this. If we end up with 6 who actually will go.. I don't know maybe we can rent two cars.
I am going. Who else?

Matthew I don't know why you keep saying I can't go because I already got the money and permission. As of now I'm getting food for the trip so you guys don't have to pay for as much of it during the trip. So thats a 100% for me.

Hey guys, I'm really happy to see some of you are planning to come up to Ohio for the event. The event is from May 22-25. That is four days. The Generations folks will be involved in all four days of activities. There is a schedule you can view, and information regarding lodging and stuff. Some people will be camping out at Joseph Torchia's house (headquarters) if any of you are interested in that to save money. We are also taking in as many people as we can, housing them in our apartments. I advise you take a look at our website for all the details. We've put up pictures of the locations, along with downloadable copies of the release forms which all minors under 18 must have signed in front of a notary by their parents. Please take the time if you can guys to visit our site to make sure you're all up to date on everything. Here is the address: www.parkourhorizons.comWe are looking forward to meeting any of you who make it up here. This is going to be an awesome jam. Hope to see you soon!
