Wish I could offer a place to stay tonight, but I've got my parents over. They're helping me redo the floor of the living room, so the living room's out and the bedrooms have all the furniture. There's hardly enough room to stand.

By the way, guys. Rest Areas (in Texas at least, probably elsewhere) have wireless access. Update often

PK Gen has some kind of magic. I'm not sore at all today, other than a bit in the back. How's everyone else recovering?

I feel excellent. A bit of very mild soreness in a few spots, but not nearly what I would expect given the level that we conditioned at, plus my eyes are open more now than ever.

I actually am the exact same. Never have I done so much and been so little sore. Speaks a little truth to the way we train and mostly to the great cool down and stretch out!

I got home from school and went straight to train today I felt so good, it pumped me up hardcore. It was still hard, I'm not 100% recovered, but snap I cannot wait to keep doing all this new training, we are going to get sooo much better!
